Explicit Consent

Within the scope of the Polpo Desk service provided by COON TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, I acknowledge that I have read the Privacy Notice and that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data for the purposes, legal bases and methods set out therein.

In accordance with Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the Privacy Notice (including full name, email, organization/plan information, session and audit logs, and IP/connection metadata).

Furthermore, because the service uses Cloudflare for its content delivery network (CDN) and TURN server infrastructure, I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my connection metadata and technical records abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Scope of Consent

• This explicit consent is limited solely to the purposes set out in the Privacy Notice.
• The content of remote access sessions is end-to-end encrypted (WebRTC DTLS-SRTP) and is not viewed by the data controller.
• This explicit consent does not cover processing activities that are necessary for the provision of the service and for which consent is not required under Article 5/2 of the KVKK; these are carried out on the basis of the relevant legal grounds.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw the explicit consent I have given at any time, without giving any reason. To withdraw my consent, I may contact [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent takes effect prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to the date of withdrawal.

I have read and understood the above statements, and I give my explicit consent, of my own free will, to the processing of my specified personal data and to its transfer abroad.
